Volts
CAPACITIES & LIFTS
- Rated loads from 1/8 - 2 Ton, with 10, 15, and
20-foot standard lifts. Other lifts available.
Standard push button drop is 4-feet less than lift.
VOLTAGE & MOTORS
OPTIONS - 230/460, 208, 380, 415, 575 - three
phase. 60 hertz standard,
50 hertz available.
TWO-SPEED HOIST MODELS - Optional with 3 to 1
speed ratio, three-phase, single voltage only.
LIMIT SWITCHES - Adjustable to regulate upper and
lower travel. Brass nuts standard for improved
repeatability and chain positioning.
OIL BATH
TRANSMISSION - Precision machined alloy steel gears
run in oil bath for longer, quieter operation.
NEMA 3R PUSH
BUTTON STATION - Ergonomic design fits operator's
hand for thumb or two-handed operation. 24 Volt
Control for operator safety. 115 Volt Control
available upon request.
FRAME - Compact
aluminum housing for portability and ease of
installation.
HOOK MOUNT - For
single connection point, or adding to existing
trolley.
PLAIN TROLLEY -
For manual positioning of hoist and load.
MOTORIZED TROLLEY
- For faster positioning of hoist and load over
longer distances. 35 or 75 FPM speeds standard-other
speeds available. Trolley brake optional.
TWO-SPEED MOTORIZED TROLLEY MODELS - Optional
with 3 to 1 speed ratio, three-phase, single voltage
only.
WRAP-AROUND SIDE
PLATES - Act as safety lugs and as bumpers to
protect wheels. Available to fit American Standard
I-Beams, wide-flange, and patented track beams.
PRECISION TROLLEY
WHEELS - Machined, cast iron wheels with sealed,
lifetime lubricated ball bearings for extended
trolley life. Motorized trolley wheel heat treated
for added durability with bronze and stainless steel
wheels optional.
TROLLEY DESIGN -
4-wheel design negotiates 48" minimum radius curve,
including patented track applications (60" for JLC-ET
2-Ton only). Specify track type and beam size.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
The above Coffing
hoists and the Grainger* Dayton* electric hoists are the same
identical units. The only difference is that Grainger* contracts
with Coffing Hoists to build and ship the Dayton* Hoists painted Red
and with the Dayton* Label. We are pleased to offer the Coffing
Hoists at substantial savings over the Dayton* models (Based on our
price survey dated 10/25/07). In addition, Hoists Direct offers
FREE shipping on all Electric Hoists.

Hoists will be wired for 460 Volts unless another voltage is
specified at time of order.
All Hoists (Except 2-Ton 15 & 20 Foot Lifts) come standard with a
plastic chain container.
1/4-, 1/2-, and 1-ton models have single line of chain. 2-Ton models
have double line.

7-1/2 feet
