Depending on the design, single girder bridge cranes can be manufactured up to 10 ton capacity and up to 120 foot span while double girder bridge cranes can be up to 300 ton capacity and 200 foot span. Bridge cranes require strict adherence to CMAA, OSHA and several other specifications, and over half of Hoists Direct employees are OEM-certified to assist customers in the design and build-out of overhead bridge crane specifications. Our best-selling overhead cranes are 5 ton bridge cranes and 10 ton bridge cranes. Bridge cranes are manufactured by Hoists Direct’s partners: American Equipment, Columbus McKinnon Corporation, and Harrington Hoists.
Another popular option for our customers are custom workstation cranes and monorails. Ceiling supported cranes for workstations can be manufactured up to 2 ton capacity and 34 foot span.
Floor supported cranes for industrial workstations can be manufactured up to 10 ton capacity and 40 foot span. Monorail crane systems can be integrated into existing systems with patented track, enclosed track, as well as interlocks, switches, and curves.

Standard adjustable gantry cranes have up to 5 ton capacity and 20 foot span. Special custom gantry cranes can also be manufactured to have up to 100 ton capacity and up to 100 foot span.
