heavy-duty positive acting AC disc motor brake. This
long lasting brake has an easy 1-step adjustment.
New
upper suspension design threads through the upper frame
and is locked in place at the top of the hoist frame.
Greatly improves the ease of replacing the upper hook or
lug suspension. You no longer have to drive out a hard
to reach pin in the upper suspension nut for suspension
removal.
A
nylon mesh chain container is included as standard up to
20’ of lift.
Mechanical load brake is no longer standard. Available
as an option. Manguard overload still standard.
New
durable powder coat finish.
Hook Mount Shown
Standard lifts
are 10’, 15’, and 20’ with pushbutton control
cable lengths of 6’, 11’, and 16’ respectively
for Hook and Push Trolley Mounts.
Power Cord cable
is 5’ long for Hook and Push Trolley Mounts.
For Motor Driven Trolley Mounts the power cord
is 3’ long. Longer power cord cable is
available at an additional cost.

Hoist Frame and
housing are constructed from lightweight rugged
aluminum alloy
High-torque,
heavy duty hoist motor. Motors are 30-minute
rated with class “B” insulation provided with a
thermal actuated switch (TAS) embedded in the
motor winding for protection.
Standard
push-button control station is contoured for
operator comfort allowing easy one-handed sure
grip control and provided with a weatherproof
NEMA-4X enclosure. The push-button cable is
provided with built in strain relief to help
prevent cable damage.
