Nationally advertised low prices found online must be printed out completely with proof of competitor's name, item make, manufacturer model number, Website, and the offer's expiration date clearly visible. Competitor quotes must include a copy of the original quote that includes company name, address, phone number and quote number for pricing verification. Competitors must be willing to confirm pricing provided.

To receive a refund, mail a copy (no faxes) of the advertisement or written quote together with a copy of your Hoists Direct Inc. invoice or packing slip to: Hoists Direct Inc., Price Guarantee, 123 Charter St. Albemarle, NC 28001.

*Refund valid on retail price of item only, not on shipping and/or handling charges. Guarantee not valid on competitor close-outs, misprints, special buys, special promotions, liquidations, auction websites, or member club pricing. Item must be identical make and model# and shipping costs need to be clearly identified. Hoists Direct Inc. does not price match prior to purchase. Customer must purchase from Hoists Direct and follow the directions above to be considered for a refund. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for refund processing.

Warranty:
All hoist and crane products come with a 1 year manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship as verified by Hoists Direct Inc. This warranty does not apply where normal wear, abuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, eccentric or side loading, overloading, chemical or abrasive actions, excessive heat, or unauthorized modifications or repairs cause deterioration of the hoists, cranes or lever ratchets. Wear items not covered are items such as brake pads, worn chain, handles of come along models, and worn pendant stations. This list is not inclusive and is just an example of some of the wear items of hoists and cranes. The manufacturer at their option may either repair and return the damaged item or provide a free replacement.

Any returns on cranes, manual hoists, electric hoist, or other products must have prior approval from Hoists Direct Inc. before being returned, and must have a return goods authorization (RGA) number clearly marked on the item being returned.

Except as stated herein, Hoists Direct Inc. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Returns Procedure:
All levers, chain hoists, cranes and other hoist and crane items can be returned within 30 days with authorization. Returns on damaged shipments require carrier notification before calling Customer Service for return authorization. All returns must be made within 30 days. Hoists Direct Inc. cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for the merchandise in good condition. A restocking fee may apply.  Please have your packing slip ready when you call. We are happy to supply you with your entire hoist and crane needs with some of the best names in industry such as Abell Howe, J.D. Neuhaus, Harrington, Yale, Columbus McKinnon and Budgit.
