SERIES 5122 PORTABLE CRANES

Base Models Will Include:

Up to 500 lbs Lifting Capacity

Corrosion resistant electrostatic powder coated finish, galvanized finish, or stainless steel construction. - Crane only.

Hand winch operated. Zinc plated spur gear hand winch or stainless steel hand winch with Automatic disc brake for load control.

Quick disconnect anchor, allowing for cable attachment or removal from the winch drum.

Independent Base. Pedestal/socket base. Powder coat finish, galvanized finish, or stainless steel. (Upright or Flush mount)*

Adjustable boom. Adjusts with pins to 2 different positions for operation, and folds down for storage or transport.

Crane rotates 360° on a pin and sleeve bearing in the base.

2 year limited warranty.

Hand winch options. Red enamel or grey epoxy spur gear hand winch with brake for load control.
Electric winch option available. Power winch operated models includes 115 volt, single phase AC electric winch with 6 ft. pendant control and brake.
Adjustable Boom telescopes to 5 different lengths to adjust height and reach.
Boom Brace option securely holds boom in fixed position during operation.
Boom Angles option allows for 50° of movement between position A and C with hand operated ratchet style screw jack.
Crane and Outer Mast rotates 360° on tapered roller bearings and needle bearings for smooth load movement.
Outer Mast locks in 1 of 6 positions (at 30° increments) with locking pin. Handle on the boom makes rotation easy.
Independent Base. Pedestal base- red enamel finish, galvanized finished, or grey epoxy finish. (Upright mount)

SERIES 571 STATIONARY CRANES

Base Models Will Include:

Series 571 Fre Rol Davit Crane

Up to 1500 lb Capacity

Corrosion resistant electrostatic powder coated finish.

Hand winch options. These include spur gear or worm gear hand winch with brake for load control.

Power winch options. These include 115 volt 1 phase AC electric winch with 6 ft. pendent control and brake.

Fixed Boom. Sold separately, optional hand operated ratchet style screw-jack, used to adjust height and reach.

Mast and Boom Rotate on tapered roller bearings for smooth 360° load movement. Mast locks in one of 4 positions with hand tightened lock bolt. Handle on the mast makes rotation easy.

Gusset Style Base for permanent installation and stability under load.

SERIES 572 STATIONARY CRANES

Base Models Will Include:

Series 572 Fre Rol Davit Crane

Up to 2200 lb Capacity

Corrosion resistant electrostatic powder coated finish.

Hand winch options. These include spur gear or worm gear hand winch with brake for load control.

Power winch options. These include 115 volt 1 phase AC electric winch with 6 ft. pendent control and brake.

Fixed Boom. Sold separately, optional hand operated ratchet style screw-jack, used to adjust height and reach.

Mast and Boom Rotate on tapered roller bearings for smooth 360° load movement. Mast locks in one of 4 positions with hand tightened lock bolt. Handle on the mast makes rotation easy.

Gusset Style Base for permanent installation and stability under load.

2 year limited warranty.
